Mindfulness Retreat Day
A one day retreat suitable for those new to mindfulness and those who are more experienced. An opportunity to restore your energies, have some quiet time and space and be kind to yourself. The day will include guided meditations, shared lunch, mindful activities and if the weather permits a short mindful walk in nature. The day is 10am to 3pm and is based at our community room in Bizspace in Letchworth.
Mindfulness Six Session Course for
the Busy Working Person
This course is designed for those who have busy lives and would like to learn mindfulness tools and techniques in a way that is practical, useful and helpful and can be applied at work and home day to day. The course is grounded in evidence and has been developed by TME in collaboration with Oxford University's Centre for Mindfulness. Jill is a certified Mindfulness Trainer and trained with TME to deliver the course.
