Find out more about our coaching programmes by participating in a ‘Power Hour’ session. Power Hour Coaching sessions are individual stand-alone 60 minute sessions that anyone can attend. We often provide a Day Clinics consisting of five Power Hour Coaching sessions and the Managers book an appointment. The Manager can bring anything to the coaching session and work with the coach to develop a solution or way forward. Examples of the types of issues managers bring to the Power Hour sessions are: -
- Dealing with poor performance
- Managing upwards
- Career decisions and planning
- Navigating politics
- Effective delegation
Power Hour Coaching sessions are delivered by our team Jill and Gillian. Find out about Jill and Gillian’s experience, skills, interests, motivations and qualifications by taking a look at their profiles. Meet the Team

Often, to help focus the work carried out in a coaching programme we invite the coachee to engage in a psychometric profiling process. This can give people insights into their strengths, hidden potential, development areas, and derailment behaviours. Depending on the coachee’s stage of development the feedback from the profiling can be used to anchor their authenticity or transcend the constraints of their personality to realise greater agility. The psychometrics we use depend on the needs of the person engaging in the coaching programme and can include profiling:
- Thinking processes
- Emotional intelligence
- Personality traits
- Career derailment behaviours
Our Psychometric Profiling is delivered by our team of psychologists which include Jill, Gillian, Andrea, Vicky, Bernard, Angelina, and Anna. Find out about the experience, skills, interests, motivations and qualifications of this team by taking a look at their profiles. Meet the Team

Grow the capability of your executives by inviting them to engage in a tailored coaching programme with a qualified and experienced coach. Our coaches take a client-centred approach and utilise techniques drawn from a breadth of psychological perspectives.
Coaching stimulates and motivates the executive to develop in order to achieve improved business performance, personal achievements and goals. It stretches the individual to go beyond present levels and beliefs of what is possible. Some examples of areas of development that may be covered within an Executive Coaching programme are:
- Building a solid personal foundation and self-confidence
- Developing strategic thinking and the complexity of their thinking
- Creating appropriate goals, strategies, tactics and action plans
- Enhancing management and leadership skills
- Developing emotional intelligence in work relationships
- Identifying and moving away from self-sabotage, negative repeating patterns and habitual responses
