Anna Crollick (BSc, MSc C.Psychol) is an HPC registered Chartered Occupational Psychologist. She is a highly qualified Executive Coach with over 10 years’ experience of one to one coaching, team development, psychometric assessment, change programmes and selection. Her approach to people development work is bespoke, creative and based on psychological methods and models. Through insight and psychology Anna facilitates the recognition and integration of an individual’s full potential. She is also skilled in the design and delivery of assessment and development centres and bespoke workshops such as coach training for managers. Anna is a strong advocate of best practice and is a Lead Trainer of the British Psychological Society approved Level B Personality Testing qualification course, amongst others. She is also qualified and experienced in the application of an extensive range of psychometric instruments. Anna has worked with a range of public and private sector clients both in the UK and internationally. She works at all organisational levels from Leaders to first line managers. Previously, Anna was a Senior Consultant at OPP for over five years. Anna has a BSc (Hons) degree in Social Psychology from the London School of Economics and an MSc in Occupational and Organisational Psychology from the University of Surrey. Her Advanced Diploma in Executive Coaching is from Leeds Metropolitan University. She has discussed creativity in adults on BBC World and is currently writing about creativity and personality.
