We have many years of experience in improving performance at individual, team and organisational levels. We are experienced coaches (members of association for coaching) and are qualified to use a large variety of psychometric tools, and intervention methodologies.

What's the story?
"Giving my first personality profile feedback to a Director 10 years ago, the first 15 minutes was spent justifying how valid it was as part of the assessment centre. The Director changed their view, like the hundreds of others I have had the pleasure of working with, and was very surprised as to how accurate the profile was (no surprises there as they are self report measures) and immediately realised how useful this additional information was. This Director, in their new post then used psychometrics and psychologists to recruit his team, and to develop the team once in post.
If you usually recruit based on an interview alone, then you will have had mixed success. Research shows interviews alone are not much more predictive of success in post than choosing at random who to recruit.
